Chapter I — Definitions
The owner of the website is MAOL Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Website Owner” or “Owner”).
These Terms of Use define the manner in which the Users may use the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and shall be available in such a manner that the User may, prior to the use of the services, obtain, reproduce, record and store (including in the ordinary course of business) the content of the Terms of Use.
“User” shall mean any person over 18 years of age with full legal capacity, a legal person and an organisational unit without legal personality but with legal capacity, who even only visits the site and has accepted these Terms of Use.
Before using the Website, the User shall be obliged to read the Terms of Use. By using the services of the Website, the User acknowledges that they have read these Terms of Use, as well as that they accept and undertake to comply with them.
“Products” — whenever Products are referred to in these Terms of Use, it shall mean the items available on the Website.
“Customer” — whenever the Customer is referred to in these Terms of Use, it shall mean a User who purchases Products on the Website.
“Commercial Information” — information containing descriptions of the Products and their images, and their availability.
Chapter II — Type and Scope of Services Provided by the Website
The Website collects orders for office supplies.
All Products available on the Website are brand new and free from physical and legal defects.

Order lead times depend on delivery details and country location. The standard lead time is up to 7 days.
Delivery of the Products is made via a logistics operator. The Website shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by delivery services.
In the event of non-conformity of the Products with the contract, the Customer should make a complaint using the Contact us form. The complaint should include description of the nature of non-conformity and the expectations towards the Website.
The Website shall respond to the complaint within 14 days. If the case requires an expert’s opinion, the deadline for responding to the complaint shall be 30 days. The complaint shall be deemed justified after the expiry of this deadline and in the absence of a response from the Website.
In the event that delivery of a defect-free Product is required for fulfilment of the Customer’s request, the delivery costs shall be borne by the Website.
Minimum order are 1x20ft container or 1x40ft container for all brands
Chapter III — Terms of Service
To be able to use the services of the Website, the User must have a computer system meeting the following minimum technical requirements:
an Internet connection;
any operating system with a web browser;
JavaScript enabled and acceptance of cookies by the web browser.
The Website Owner informs that the data transmission between the User’s computer and the websites is not of a confidential nature and may be subject to interference by third parties (viruses, spam, etc.). To avoid interference by third parties, the User should ensure that their computer is protected against malware and has up-to-date anti-virus software and other such security features
